DeeDee Conant specializes in residential real estate. A native of New Hampshire, Deedee, her husband, and her youngest daughter moved to Sullivan’s Island four years ago to enjoy the warm climate. DeeDee’s work and entrepreneurial experience includes customer service in the banking industry, owning and operating a restaurant/bar, as well as a TCBY franchise for 13 years. She gained extensive experience in the real estate industry as a real estate investor with her husband and through owning her own staging company, SeaBreeze Staging and Design. DeeDee believes that home staging plays an important part in preparing a home to sell quickly for the highest possible price. DeeDee truly enjoys helping clients with all of their real estate needs when buying or selling their home, and her sales and customer service experience, as well as her business knowledge, is invaluable to her clients. In her free time DeeDee, enjoys being an active board member of the Friends of Sullivan’s Island Elementary School and has helped raise thousands of dollars for teachers’ salaries.
